When you upload a video, Ralvo's AI analyses your footage and identifies the strokes and patterns in your game. It looks at your technique across key areas - such as groundstrokes, serve, net play, and movement - and compares what it sees against what good tennis looks like at your level.

From there, it highlights what you're doing well, what's holding you back, and pinpoints your single biggest opportunity to improve - with drill recommendations to help you act on it straight away.

The more sessions you upload, the better Ralvo gets at spotting trends and tracking your progress over time.

Analysis typically completes in around 2-3 minutes once uploaded, though this can vary depending on video length, video quality, your connection, and your device.

Ralvo's feedback is generated by AI, so it can occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. It's always worth checking with a qualified professional before making any changes to your training - and if you spot anything that doesn't look right, let us know so we can keep improving.

Videos must be at least 30 seconds long to give the AI enough footage to work with. Free accounts support up to 5 minutes; paid plans support up to 10 minutes.

From our research and user testing, we've found 3-10 minutes is the sweet spot - long enough to capture enough shot repetitions for accurate analysis, and short enough to avoid draining your battery or filling up your storage.

No - just your phone. Prop it up against a bag, water bottle, or use a basic phone tripod. Film from any angle, close enough to see your full body, and you're good to go.
